For nearly two decades, GoSports Foundation has stood beside India’s young sporting talent turning raw potential into podium performances! From grassroots athletes to Olympians and Paralympians, GoSports has built scholarships, mentorships, and training support systems that give athletes what they need most: a real shot at excellence.
And now, through UBHAR, powered by Tata Trusts, that mission goes even further! This time, it’s not just about individual athletes entire academies get a real shot too. UBHAR is opening doors for athletes aged 13–19 across Athletics, Boxing, Archery, Gymnastics, Squash, Badminton, Judo, and Para sports, while also backing the academies training them. That means academies with a proven track record can now get the support they need to grow helping them train more athletes, build stronger programs, and help their players compete at a bigger stage, without carrying that weight alone.
For Athletes:
Applications are open for athletes in: Athletics, Boxing, Archery, Gymnastics, Squash, Badminton, Judo, Para-Athletics, Para-Archery, Para-Judo, and Para-Badminton.
Eligibility:
- Age: 13 to 19 years
- Performance level: State medals, National medals, or International-level competitive experience
For Sports Academies:
Academies can also apply for Athletics, Boxing, Archery, Gymnastics, Kho-Kho, and Kabaddi.
Eligibility:
- Operational for at least 5 years
- Minimum 100 actively training athletes
- A proven track record of producing state/national-level athletes
