Interestingly, in the same statement, the Tata Group said it would continue supporting and helping Indian football grow. Meanwhile, the AIFF recently held discussions with all stakeholders and decided to continue with the club-led model for the ISL from the 2026–27 season. The aim is to create long-term stability and ensure the growth of Indian football and Indian footballers.
